5.Packing & Delivery
We use international standard packaging. There is a carton, with an outer wooden case. The packaging is fumigated to prevent pests. Each machine is packed separately, with the ice machine and storage unit also packaged separately.

1. How can we place an order?
After agreeing on the product's surface finish and price, we will send a proforma invoice for your confirmation. Once we receive your advance payment (deposit), we will start production.

If you have your own shipping forwarder, we will use it to deliver the goods. If not, upon arrival at the destination port, you must find a shipping forwarder to assist with customs clearance.

2. What's your payment term?

30% deposit via T/T in advance, and 70% paid when the goods are ready. Small amounts can be paid via PayPal, Escrow, or Western Union. Please confirm everything clearly before making a payment.
