The rubber calender is primarily used for roll-extrusion of rubber sheets, conveyor belts, and friction rubber for fabrics. The rolls are made from chilled alloy cast iron with bored cavities, allowing them to be heated by steam or cooled by water uniformly to meet different requirements. The machine consists of a bedplate, frame, rolls, motor, coupling, speed-reduction gear, adjusting spacing device, and temperature adjustment system for the rolls. The bedplate is a single unit, making installation convenient. The rolls are constructed from chilled cast alloy iron, ensuring a hard and smooth working surface. Steam and cooling water can pass through the inner parts of the rolls, enabling precise temperature control on the surface. The roll arrangement allows the lower roll to be driven by the motor through a coupling, while the upper roll is driven via a speed reduction mechanism. The roll bearings use high-precision roller bearings, providing long service life and minimal wear on the shafts. The spacing adjustment device includes left and right-hand wheels, with the bearing bases moved using worm and worm wheel mechanisms to achieve the desired nip. Main technical parameters:
