This is a follow-up from Steve Redick regarding the 5-11 alarm in Chicago, specifically the fire that occurred at 1520 S. Indiana in 1974.
He previously shared some information and now has additional details to add. A longtime fan, Chuck Bleck, was working in the insurance industry back then and created a detailed diagram of the fire. He was kind enough to share it with Steve. In addition, Chuck also sent a copy of the report that appeared in *Turnout* magazine, along with other valuable historical CFD (Chicago Fire Department) records.
