Taking the Yulin area of ​​Shaanxi Province as an example, the existing Lanhua carbon production capacity in Yulin is approximately 20 million tons/year, and its by-product gas volume is equivalent to the equivalent annual calorific value of the first-line and second-line Shanxi-Beijing gas transmission. However, only a small amount of such coke oven gas is used as a fuel for heating in production, and most of them are directly discharged.

Xie Xiaobing said that in addition to being used in the field of low temperature carbonization of coal, the external rotary rotary retort distillation process has other applicable fields, such as the upgrading of high-water coal, dry sludge treatment in urban sewage stations, and the production of smokeless fuel from low-grade coal. In areas such as gasification, combustion, and power generation, it is possible to realize the comprehensive utilization of coal and form a large-scale coal energy integrated industrial chain. At present, Sanrui has successfully developed and designed a self-returning rotary kiln, which uses the return spiral tube set outside the furnace body or The return spiral arranged inside the furnace body can realize that the heat carrier with the rotation of the furnace body during the operation of the rotary kiln automatically returns to the feeding position and the raw materials are evenly mixed to achieve rapid pyrolysis of the raw coal.
