Scientific instruments and equipment are the cornerstone of scientific research and technological innovation, and an important guarantee for economic and social development and national defense security. In order to effectively improve the independent innovation capability and equipment level of scientific instruments and equipment in China, the key project of “Development of Major Scientific Instruments and Equipments” was launched in 2016 and officially entered the implementation stage.
The main element analysis of organic matter is an important instrument for meeting the needs of analysis of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, sulfur and oxygen in organic compounds in energy, food, agriculture, chemical, geology, medical, environmental and other industries.
In 2018, Changsha Kaiyuan Instrument took the lead in the project of “Development and Application of High-throughput Organic Elemental Elemental Precision Analysis Instrument”. The project was completed by China Metrology University, China Fisheries Research Institute, Yellow Sea Fisheries Research Institute, Tianjin Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. Industrial Product Safety Technology Center, Hunan Institute of Metrology and Measurement, and Hunan Institute of Microbiology jointly undertake. The total investment of the project is 40.18 million yuan, of which the central government supports 13.68 million yuan and the implementation period is 3 years.
Changsha Kaiyuan Instrument Co., Ltd. is a domestic R&D and manufacturing enterprise specializing in the detection, production, and chemical equipment of coal quality. It is also a pioneer in the intelligent construction of fuel management in China. It is intelligent in coal quality detection, production, chemical equipment and fuel management. It has key technologies and independent intellectual property rights.
The research objectives of the project are mainly aimed at the analysis of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, sulfur and oxygen in organic compounds in food, agriculture, petrochemical, geology and minerals industries, and breakthroughs in key technologies such as rapid decomposition of organic materials and high-precision detection. The organic material main element analyzer with independent intellectual property rights, stable and reliable quality, and localized core components, develop relevant software and database, realize high-precision quantitative analysis of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, sulfur and oxygen elements of organic matter, and carry out engineering development and application. Demonstration and industrialization promotion.
The evaluation index of the project is that the detection limit of C, H, N and S elements is ≤30ppm; the repeatability of C, H, N and S elements is ≤0.4%; the detection limit of O element is ≤2ppm; the repeatability of element measurement is ≤0.2%; The sample amount is 0.05mg~1g; it has the function of fully automatic injection. The product should pass the reliability test when it is completed, the average time between failures is ≥5000 hours, and the technical readiness is up to level 8. Identify the number of intellectual property rights such as invention patents, standards and software copyrights; form mass production capacity, and clarify the sales volume and sales during project acceptance.
At the project start-up meeting, Dr. Zhou Lei, the project leader, reported on the project implementation plan. The main contents include project summary, task decomposition and main research work, implementation of key nodes and specific plans, organization and management mechanism, presentation of results and test methods.
Finally, the review expert group has fully expressed opinions, discussions and evaluations, and formed the conclusions of the implementation plan. In the afternoon after the start of the kick-off meeting, the overall project team held an internal working meeting to analyze the opinions of the expert group item by item and clarify their respective division of labor and next work plan.
Through the research of this project, it is beneficial to break through the key technologies such as rapid decomposition of organic matter and high-precision detection, and develop an organic element main element analyzer with independent intellectual property rights, stable and reliable quality, and localization of core components to realize carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen for organic matter.
