A: If we have stock, delivery can be made within 3 days after receiving payment. For production, it usually takes 20 days per container (20-26 tons).

4. What is your payment term?
A: Typically, we use 30% advance payment via T/T and 70% before shipment.

5. How is your quality? And what if we are not satisfied?
A: We produce strictly according to your specifications. If the quality is unsatisfactory, we will refund you.

6. What about the warranty?
A: We are confident in our products and pack them carefully to ensure safe delivery. To prevent issues, please inspect the goods upon receipt. If there are damages or quality issues, take photos and contact us immediately for resolution.
