A: If we have stock, we can deliver within 3 days after receiving payment. For production, it usually takes about 20 days for a container (20-26 tons).

4. What is your payment method?
A: Typically, 30% advance payment via T/T, and 70% before shipment.

5. How is your quality? What if we are not satisfied?
A: We produce according to your specifications. If the quality is not acceptable, we will refund you.

6. What about warranty?
A: We are confident in our products and pack them well to protect them during transport. If there are issues upon receipt, please take photos and contact us immediately. We will handle it to minimize your loss.
