Gear Type Lubrication Oil Pump
KCB series lubrication oil pumps are designed for the efficient transport of lubricating oils or other non-corrosive liquids with similar properties, free from solid particles and fibers. These pumps operate effectively at temperatures up to 80°C and viscosities ranging from 5 × 10â»â¶ to 1.5 × 10â»Â³ m²/s (5–1500 cSt).
**Structure Features**
This gear pump is composed of a gear, shaft, pump body, pressure relief valve, and axial end seal. The gears are heat-treated for high strength and rigidity, and are mounted on replaceable sleeves along with the shaft. All internal components are fully lubricated by the pumped medium, ensuring long service life and smooth operation.
The pump features a well-designed back oil groove that minimizes torque on the gears, reduces bearing load, and enhances efficiency. It also includes a safety relief valve for overload protection, which has a total return pressure of 1.5 times the discharge pressure and can be adjusted as needed. However, it should not be used as a pressure-reducing valve for extended periods; in such cases, a separate valve should be installed in the system.
From the overhanging end of the shaft, the pump rotates clockwise, ensuring compatibility with various system configurations.

These pumps are widely used in oil systems for transportation and pressure boosting, fuel oil systems for conveying and pressurizing, hydraulic transmission systems for providing power, and general industrial applications as lubrication oil pumps.
