155 entry exhibitors all cleared

As of noon on June 8, 155 overseas exhibitors participating in the 8th Beijing International Auto Show in 2004 have all been supervised by the customs. It is understood that the goods participating in this auto exhibition will be imported by sea and air. The weight of air cargo is 165 tons, and the sea freight is 309 standard containers. Customs officials said that the number of foreign exhibitors at this year’s show has nearly doubled from the previous year (2002).
