From August to October this year, the "100-day quality zero defect" campaign entered the stage of self-examination, self-improvement and continuous cultivation. The production department conducts statistical analysis of data for long-term shutdowns and repeated shutdowns of equipment, and requires all equipment to be preventively maintained so as to avoid recurrence of problems and achieve closed-loop processing of problem analysis. The training and training of new employees on the word, instruction, and teaching methods requires the front-line staff to strengthen self-inspection and correctly distinguish between qualified products and non-conforming products. The Purchasing Department extended this activity to all suppliers, sorted out suppliers' processes and strengthened their execution, and ultimately met customer management needs. The manufacturing engineering test process submits the review of the relevant procedures of the department according to plans and time nodes.
