Q: Can you produce custom branding and designs? Is there any extra cost?

A: Yes, OEM and ODM services are available. We can create custom branding and designs without any additional charge. You can send us your design files in CDR, AI, or PDF format, or share your ideas, and our designers will handle the rest.

 

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: There is no MOQ for our GL brand and packaging. For private brand and custom design, the MOQ is 5,000 pieces per item.

 

Q: Is it possible to get free samples?

A: Yes, we offer free samples up to 5 units. Due to the nature of the product as a hazardous good, courier companies usually do not accept them normally. New customers will need to cover the shipping cost, which will be deducted from the total order amount when placed. Sending the payment via Western Union is recommended for safety and speed. Once we receive the payment, samples will be sent via TNT, DHL, or EMS within 5–7 days.

 

Q: How long does production take?

A: It takes approximately 25–30 days for one 20ft container.

 

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Our payment terms are as follows:

1. T/T: 30% deposit, balance before shipment or against B/L copy;

2. T/T: 30% deposit, 70% by L/C at sight.
