Gold-锑-tungsten ore beneficiation technology
A beneficiation plant for disposal of gold - antimony - scheelite ore. Gold metallic minerals, stibnite, scheelite, pyrite, sphalerite followed, arsenopyrite, galena, yellow copper ore, tetrahedrite, molybdenite, wolframite, brown Iron ore. The main gangue of quartz, followed by calcite, apatite, dolomite, sericite, pyrophyllite, chlorite, sodium feldspar. The ore contains about 3% of mud. The useful minerals are unevenly embedded in the gangue and are easily dissociated. The monomer appeared in the gold from 1 mm, and the gold dissociation was more complete when it was milled to -0.1 to 0.2 mm. The ore contains Au 6 ~ 8g / t, tungsten trioxide 0.4% ~ 0.6%, containing 锑 4% ~ 6%.
The plant uses a re-election-flotation joint process (Figure 1). The ore is re-selected to obtain a portion of scheelite concentrate and gold concentrate, followed by flotation to obtain gold-bismuth concentrate and white tungsten coarse concentrate. The gold-bismuth concentrate is sent to smelting. The white tungsten coarse concentrate is concentrated, heated, desorbed by water glass, selected and dephosphorized to obtain a white tungsten concentrate.

The pharmaceutical conditions for each flotation operation of the plant are as follows:
Gold flotation (g / t): 46 xanthate, kerosene 8.2, 46 sulfate, sodium fluorosilicate 91.
Gold-锑 flotation operation (g/t): xanthate 200, black medicine 80, 2 oil amount, lead nitrate 100, copper sulfate 70.
Tremenite flotation operation (g/t): oleic acid 120, sodium carbonate 3000-4000, water glass 1000.
