In Division 4, the Lake Forest Fire Department has expanded its presence on the site with two fully equipped stations. The main station at 255 W. Deerpath Road is a hub of emergency response, featuring a buggy, two engines, three ambulances, a tower ladder, a squad, utility vehicle, boat, and an ATV. Most of the ambulances are currently listed, with only one still pending.

Historically, the Lake Forest Fire Department's apparatus was painted entirely red. This changed in 1991 when they acquired four Pierce units with white roofs. The white-over-red color scheme remained in use until 2007, when Engine 422, a Pierce Dash rescue pumper, was added to the fleet. In 2008, the department received an IHC/Horton ambulance painted black over red. Additionally, the 1994 Pierce Saber was sent to Renewed Performance, Inc. (RPI) for body work and now also sports a black-over-red paint job.
Station 2, located on the western edge of town, had a long history in the old Everett School House on Everett Road near Waukegan Road (Rt 43). As the community grew and the area was redeveloped, the school house was replaced in 1993 by a new, larger firehouse. The modern facility features three drive-through bays, offices for the Fire Prevention Bureau, and classroom space. It was built just a block away from the original location.
