Some vehicles within the scope of this recall may have electronic failures in the electromechanical unit of the transmission due to the manufacturer's manufacturing reasons, resulting in interruption of power output of the vehicle and potential safety hazards. When the above situation occurs, the functions such as steering and braking of the vehicle are not affected. SAIC Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. will replace the gearbox electromechanical unit for vehicles involved in the recall to eliminate safety hazards.
