In recent years, large-scale measuring instruments represented by three-dimensional coordinate measurement are widely used in all aspects of large-scale high-end equipment manufacturing. The calibration of these instruments is the basis for achieving consistent production value and controlled process in the manufacturing industry chain. However, the calibration of large-scale measuring instruments is mainly based on the standard length method to test the various subsystems of the instrument and the overall performance. It is impossible to directly verify the coordinate measurement results of the instrument. For this reason, the Shanghai Metrology Institute complex large-scale geometric measurement team develops large space in a targeted manner. Research on three-dimensional coordinate calibration technology.
The project team developed a three-dimensional coordinate calibration device based on spatial discrete landmarks and laser interference polygon measurement, which can realize the traceability of coordinate values ​​to laser interference, and provide coordinate reference values ​​for coordinate calibration of various large-scale measuring instruments. At the same time, the project team developed a dedicated large-space three-dimensional coordinate calibration software, which can realize automatic and convenient coordinate calibration of large-scale measuring instruments. After scientific and technological achievements, the technical indicators of the project have reached the international advanced level.
The completion of the project will lay a solid technical foundation for the construction of the large-scale spatial calibration laboratory of the Zhangjiang Phase II Base of Shanghai Metrology Institute. In the future, a three-dimensional large space integrating the 3D laser length measurement baseline, standard coordinate field and scanning ball array will be built. Standard equipment to improve the large-scale measurement energy level of Shanghai Metrology Institute, better serve the construction of Shanghai Science and Technology Center and "Made in China 2025".
