The function of the air chamber is to use the compressibility (or elasticity) of the air to absorb the pulsation of the diaphragm pump to make it smooth.

The structure of the gas chamber is generally separated from the air chamber by a rubber diaphragm. After the compressed air is filled into the air chamber, the pulsation of the water in the water chamber is absorbed by the compressed air in the air chamber through the rubber diaphragm, and the water flowing into the system is basically stable. However, in order to achieve a basically stable water flow requirement, there is a premise that the air pressure in the air chamber should be compatible with the water pressure. It can be seen that the spray pump should be properly inflated to the diaphragm pump chamber before working.

How can I inflate properly? Method 1. Before the diaphragm pump is operated, the air chamber is first inflated, and the air pressure is greater than the working pressure of the pump. Drive the diaphragm pump and adjust to the working pressure. At this time, the pump hose of the pump is shaken violently. Take a needle and vent it at the nozzle. As the deflation progresses, the jitter of the effluent hose will gradually disappear. After the water hose is stable, stop deflation. Method 2, drive the diaphragm pump, and adjust to the working pressure. At this time, due to the absence of air pressure in the air chamber, the pump hose of the pump violently shakes.

Immediately inflate into the air chamber, and as the inflation progresses, the jitter of the water outlet hose gradually disappears. Stop the inflation after the water hose is stable. Both of the above methods are operated under operation, and safety must be taken during operation.
