Recently, Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Nissan Automobile Co., Ltd. and Nissan (China) Investment Co., Ltd. filed a recall plan with the AQSIQ according to the requirements of the Regulations on the Management of Defective Automobile Product Recall, which was decided on October 25, 2015. From the beginning of July 13, 2015, the scope of vehicles for partial passenger seat airbag recalls will be expanded, and the following vehicles will be recalled, for a total of 54,713 vehicles:
(1) Some of the 2006-2008 Tianzhu vehicles produced by Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. from April 2, 2007 to April 18, 2008, totaling 37,722 vehicles;
(2) Some of the Paladin cars produced by Zhengzhou Nissan Automobile Co., Ltd. from April 1, 2007 to December 31, 2008, totaling 16,652 vehicles;
(3) Some imported Qijun vehicles imported by Nissan (China) Investment Co., Ltd. from April 2, 2007 to November 13, 2007, totaling 339 vehicles.
The reason for the expansion of this recall is that some vehicles may be damaged due to the supplier's airbag when the passenger's seat airbag is deployed, causing the debris to fly out, which may damage the inside of the vehicle and pose a safety hazard. Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Nissan Automobile Co., Ltd. and Nissan (China) Investment Co., Ltd. will replace the passenger seat airbag gas generators for vehicles within the scope of the recall.

This process is a degumming and deacidification process before the extracted miscella without completely evaporation desolventizing, at this time,the viscosity and density of the miscella are both lower than those of crude oil, the pigment in miscella has not yet completely fixed, so it is very easy to remove, and the neutral oil content in generated soapstock is low. Miscella refinery process features: (1) The process is simple, miscella refinery and desolventizing process can be completed in extraction workshop, simplified the pretreatment process, saved equipment investment, reduced energy consumption and significantly reduced the processing costs. (2) Improved oil products quality, reduced pollution of the bound gossypol and other pigments on oil products during processing. The formation of fixed pigments in oil and the difficulty of oils & fats decoloring are reduced, thus improving the quality of the cotton-seed oil.
