Select the strong magnetic field of the separator
The strong magnetic field sorting machine is divided into wet type and dry type according to working conditions; electromagnetic and permanent magnets are classified according to magnetic source; and disc type, roll type, flat ring type, vertical ring type and induction roller type are classified according to the equipment structure.
1. Dry disc type strong magnetic separator

A ShP type wet magnetic separator
ShP type strong magnetic separator is a wet double-disc flat-ring magnetic separator widely used in China, mainly used for the selection of weak magnetic minerals. Compared with other types of strong magnetic separators, the machine has better sorting index, large processing capacity, reliable operation and low production cost. The upper and lower plates overlap, and can be combined into coarse-sweep or coarse by free flow without slurry pump. - Fine processes. The effective recovery particle size ranges from 0.02 to 0.18 mm, and the recovery effect of less than 0.02 mm, especially less than 0.01 mm, is poor.
The equipment requires a strong magnetic mineral content of less than 3% in the feedstock, and must not contain more than 1mm of ore and other impurities; the feedstock concentration is generally 35% to 50%. B SQC type wet magnetic separator
The SQC type wet magnetic separator is a single sorting adhesive disc flat ring strong magnetic separator. According to the diameter of the sorting ring, there are two pairs, four pairs and six pairs of sorting magnetic poles. The machine uses a copper water-cooled pipe and the exciting coil. Due to the small number of turns of the coil, the body is lighter. The sorting apparatus may be used to limonite, hematite weakly magnetic minerals, wolframite, supporting tin ore, used for small and medium beneficiation plant. Five, wet vertical ring strong magnetic separator
Wet vertical ring magnetic separators are available in single and double rings. The device adopts the lower feeding and the upper discharging method, the magnetic magnetic medium is pure iron ball and the discharging point is away from the magnetic pole, so the magnetic material blockage of the medium can be alleviated.
