07 Successful conclusion of China's logistics customer satisfaction survey
China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd. has earned the trust of logistics industry users, particularly among commercial vehicle manufacturers. This recognition highlights the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in a competitive market.
The survey, titled "2007 China Merchants Satisfaction Survey of Commercial Vehicles," was recently announced in Beijing. It marked the first time that logistics industry users themselves conducted a comprehensive evaluation of commercial vehicles. The event not only recognized top-performing brands but also emphasized the importance of user feedback in shaping the future of the logistics sector.
The survey was carried out through a combination of questionnaires, on-site investigations, and targeted sampling across 1,000 judge units, including major logistics companies. Key areas assessed included purchase satisfaction, usage experience, and after-sales service. Factors like pricing, vehicle performance, fuel efficiency, reliability, and maintenance were all evaluated to determine the best products in the market.
Over 3,000 questionnaires were collected, with more than 2,600 considered valid. The data covered over 240,000 vehicles, offering a comprehensive view of the current state of logistics transportation in China. Based on this feedback, the first batch of highly rated commercial vehicle brands and models were officially announced.
The survey, organized by the China Logistics and Purchasing Federation’s “Modern Logistics News,†aimed to bridge the gap between users and manufacturers. By gathering real-world experiences and insights, the initiative encourages collaboration between suppliers and buyers, helping truck manufacturers develop specialized vehicles tailored to the needs of China’s growing logistics industry.
To ensure transparency and credibility, the results and commendations were made public. Among the winners, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd. was named the most trusted manufacturer, while Dongfeng Motor and Jiangling Motors received awards for service excellence. Other notable winners included Volvo Trucks for import models, and various models from FAW, Foton, and Shaanxi Heavy Truck for different logistics applications.
In addition, the survey highlighted key components such as engines, axles, and tires, with Cummins and Hande Axle receiving special recognition for their performance and customer satisfaction.
