We’ve done it! The Wausau Fire Department has created our very own episode of *The Office* titled “The Fire Department†right here in Wausau, Wisconsin! A lot of us are huge fans of the original show, and with the help of some amazing team members, we spent weeks working hard to bring this parody to life — all while keeping the same humor and charm that made the original so special.
Last year, the Wausau Fire Department secured a SAFER Grant and successfully petitioned the city council to add 12 new positions to our team. This is a huge milestone for us, and we’re proud to dedicate this video to the new firefighters we’ve already hired — and to those who will join us soon. In the video, you’ll follow a brand-new probationary firefighter as he starts his journey, learns the ropes, and tries to find his place in this incredible department. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did making it!
