We’ve done it! The Wausau Fire Department has officially created our very own episode of *The Office*, titled “The Fire Departmentâ€! A few of our staff are huge fans of the original show, and with their help, we spent weeks working hard to create a hilarious parody that captures the same spirit and humor as the classic series.
Last year, the Wausau Fire Department secured the SAFER Grant and successfully petitioned the city council to add 12 new firefighter positions. This is a major milestone for our department, and we’re excited to celebrate this achievement by dedicating this video to our new hires so far—and those still to come. In the video, you’ll follow a brand-new probationary firefighter as he navigates his first days on the job, trying to find his place in the department. We hope you enjoy this as much as we did creating it!
