The foundation for the development project of too-large-scale casting and forging localization

<

On the morning of August 18th, Taizhong Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. invested RMB 1.5 billion to start a large-scale localization project for castings and forgings. The new 125MN hydraulic press and its matching large-scale key equipment will greatly increase the heat processing capacity that is too heavy to fill the gap of the 10,000-ton press in the northwestern region of North China.
The manufacturing capacity of large castings and forgings is an important indicator of the comprehensive strength of a heavy equipment manufacturing enterprise. The large-scale castings and forgings mainly include large-scale castings and forgings required for the large-scale production of the company’s leading products; large castings and forgings for power generation equipment (nuclear power, thermal power, and wind power); forgings for heavy-duty vessels such as petrochemicals and coal chemicals; and large-scale castings and forgings for metallurgical equipment. Marine large castings and forgings. Taizhong owns the largest production capacity of castings and forgings in North China. The products are exported to over a dozen countries and regions such as the United States, Australia, Pakistan, India and Southeast Asia.
The project plans to invest a total of 1.5 billion yuan to build a total area of nearly 115,000 square meters. On the basis of fully tapping the existing equipment production capacity, it has added 125MN double-column fast forging hydraulic presses and large-scale key equipment matching them. After the project is completed, it will add 125,000 tons of molten steel, 25,000 tons of castings, and 40,000 tons of forgings. It can provide 830 tons of refined molten steel and 400 tons of steel ingots at a time, achieving a casting capacity of 500 tons of cast steel and a forging capacity of 240 tons.

Rat Poison Pellet is chemicals made and sold for the purpose of killing rodents. While commonly referred to as "rat poison", rodenticides are also used to kill mice, squirrels, woodchucks, chipmunks, porcupines, beavers, and voles.
Some rodenticides are lethal after one exposure while others require more than one. Rodents are disinclined to gorge on an unknown food (perhaps reflecting an adaptation to their inability to vomit), preferring to sample, wait and observe whether it makes them or other rats sick. This phenomenon of poison shyness is the rationale for poisons that kill only after multiple doses.
