Ningbo will build four major industrial parks

It was learned from the Ningbo Municipal Development and Reform Commission that the "Development Plan for Ningbo New Material High-tech Industry Base (2009-2020)" was formally announced by the municipal government. According to this plan, the city will focus on the development of magnetic materials, high-performance metal materials, new chemical materials, electronic information materials, new energy, energy-saving and environmental protection materials, and new textile materials.
In terms of space layout, Ningbo Chemical Industry Zone will be the core to create a new industrial zone for chemical materials; Ningbo High-tech Zone will be the core to create an electronic information material industry cluster; and Zhangzhou Wangchun Industrial Park will be the core to create new energy and environmental protection. Material Industry Cluster; Take Cixi Economic and Technological Development Zone as the core to create a high performance metal material industry cluster area. By 2010, 2015, and 2020, the output value of the new materials industry will reach 100 billion yuan, 200 billion yuan, and 400 billion yuan respectively. Through the efforts of the next ten years, we will strive to build Ningbo into a domestic first-class new material industrial base.
