The third is strict supervision of yellow label cars and old cars. Every year, if the operation of the yellow-label vehicle is cleaned up and rectified, if the environmental protection inspection mark and the safety technical inspection mark are not obtained, the “Road Transportation Operation Permit” shall not be applied for; the operation-type yellow-mark passenger and cargo transportation vehicle that has not been eliminated according to the prescribed time limit shall be The annual inspection of the road transport permit will not be processed. The yellow label car transfer procedure will not be processed.
The fourth is to introduce the yellow subsidy car and the old car to phase out the financial subsidy policy. The yellow label car and the old car will be phased out in accordance with the principle of “provincial awards and subsidies”. Each city has set up a “one-stop” service window for yellow-label vehicles and old vehicles composed of relevant functional departments, and is responsible for early elimination and vehicle subsidy work.
The fifth is to encourage car companies to implement profit-making marketing. Implement the relevant policies of the State to encourage car companies to sell profits, encourage car companies to make preferential measures such as profit-seeking for users who purchase yellow cars and old cars in advance, and let the profits be determined by the enterprise within a certain range according to actual conditions, according to different models.
