After the boiler of Qilu Rubber Factory was converted from fuel to combustion coal water slurry, two-stage electrostatic precipitator was installed according to the design requirements. However, with the continuous improvement of environmental standards, the two-stage electrostatic precipitator has not met the ever-increasing environmental protection requirements. To this end, the plant invested more than 2 million yuan in the two-stage electrostatic precipitator based on a new level of electrostatic precipitator equipment, so as to achieve the three levels of boiler smoke dust "filter." At the same time, the plant has also transformed its internal boiler ash blowing equipment, boiler induced draft fan and other equipment to improve the electrostatic dust removal effect. According to the design requirements, the device can further reduce the smoke dust content on the basis of the first two levels of electrostatic dust removal, and the dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99%, achieving higher environmental protection requirements.

Recently, the installation and commissioning of the three-stage electrostatic precipitator for boilers in Qilu Rubber Factory was completed and put into operation.
