Wilson Ship Services (WSS) launched the ship-specific Unitor UPC1041 plasma cutting machine at the Maritime Show in Hamburg.
According to Wilson Marine Services, the Unitor UPC1041 plasma cutter is a compact, light-weight, easy-to-use vessel that is the best weight on the market today. The unique design of the cutting machine utilizes an active fan control system to reduce dust and dirt inside the cutter and enhance system functionality. The direct torch connection will avoid the problems caused by the curved torch connection, and the double-coated electronic device helps to further improve the reliability. UPC1041 plasma cutting machine with high-performance cycle, regardless of the working environment, can withstand the high ambient temperature on the ship cutting capacity of up to 40 mm steel plate; per minute can cut a thickness of 13 mm steel plate more than 50 cm; with 3 phase 380 (400 ) V or 440V power supply connection; 32 A fuse inside the power switch to avoid problems due to incorrectly connected fuses; slender and ergonomic torch tip design can clearly see the cutting arc; has the ability to protect the filter regulator Sturdy cover plate cabinet; safety switch equipped with torch for increased safety; sturdy semi-automatic metal regulator with automatic drainage and polywater functionality; meets European Parliament and Council (WEE) (2002/96/EC) ) and restrictions on the use of hazardous substances in electronic and electrical products (RoHS) Directive (2002/95/EC).

1. Pressure lubrication
Pressure lubrication is the way of lubricating oil to the friction surface under certain pressure. This method is mainly used to lubricate the friction surface of main bearing, connecting rod bearing and cam bearing with large load.
2. Splash lubrication

Splash lubrication is used to lubricate the friction surface by splashing oil droplets or oil mist from the moving auto parts when the engine parts is working. The force type is mainly used to lubricate the cylinder wall with lighter load and the working surface of cam, tappet, valve rod and rocker arm of valve train.
