AF series
Froth Pump is widely used in metallurgical industry, mining sector, coal ore
and chemical engineering to deliver foam slurries, esp. in flotation process. The
hard metal or rubber lined vertical froth pumps were manufactured as one
integrated unit for simple installation and convenient maintenance. It is designed
to increase the pump ability of frothy suspensions. The principle of operation
is to avoid pumping air and to separate as much air as possible from the slurry
before it reaches the pump impeller.
Product Feature
1.The
pump, conical hopper and driver are integrated in one self contained unit.
2.Pump
and motor are connected either directly with coupling or through pulley. Pulleys
can be exchanged conveniently to adjust the pump rotating speed to satisfy various
operating conditions
3.Double
casings structure.
4.Conical
hopper can be steel or stainless steel.
5.Wet
parts are metal lined, rubber lined or of other non-metallic material according
to the different slurries.
6.The
discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and
oriented to any eight positions.
